Beyond Polymers and Plastic we are also able to machine: Al, SS, Cu, Te/Cu, Ti, Tungsten, Kovar, Ni 200, Inconel, and Nitronic 60 among many others. Inverse Solutions currently has 5 CNC Swiss machines, which can make parts up to .75 inches in diameter. Swiss machining utilizes front and rear synchronized spindles which allows us to complete the part without ever losing its position. When combined with extra attachments, we can machine 7-axis up to 9-axis at extremely tight tolerances allowing us to mill and turn very complex parts. At Inverse Solutions we specialize in both short and high volume production runs. All of our Swiss machines have 12 foot bar feeders that allow for lights out machining and cost effective solution for high volume components.



Inverse Solutions currently has 5 CNC lathes with varying degrees of capabilities including live tools and up to 5 axis machining. We comfortably machine parts from .062 to 22.00 inches in diameter and have been known to “stretch” the capabilities of our equipment to do extreme machining. We have the ability to make custom tooling in house to handle your most complicated jobs. We can import our customers’ solid files (.step, .iges, .prt, .sldprt) directly into the Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) programming software that allows us to program parts faster, saving time and money for our customers.



Our latest acquisition is Makino Multi-pallet CNC Horizontal Mill with over 130 tools, laser tool setter, on board probe and all of the latest software upgrades. This machine allows us to machine 4 sides of the part at one time reducing the setup times and fixtures for multisided parts. We also have 4 additional CNC mills (VMC’s) equipped with spindle chillers and high pressure coolant. The spindle chillers help to maintain machine accuracy despite temperature fluctuations throughout the day. Through spindle high pressure coolant allows for deep hole drilling (EX: 16XDia) and reduced cycle times.

Our in-house sinker Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM) allows us to do quick turn complex burns that save time on second operations or outsourcing of the part. We also use the EDM to make fixtures and special tooling that allows us to save time on setups. The maximum part size for the EDM is 29”x20”x10”. We design and make all of the electrodes in house, and are familiar with exotic part materials such as Invar, Inconel, Core Iron, A2, S7, Ti CP2, etc.



Inverse Solutions has a custom built fiber laser with a rotary attachment that allows us to do deep engraving around the entire surface of a part. We can make bright white marks on anodized aluminum and plastics or smooth black marks for medical applications on metal. Our engraving software has the ability to mark parts with serialization, QR codes, and custom logos. For large volume engraving we have it semi-automated to run up to 16 hours a day. The laser etch process has the ability to do deep engraving on nearly any metal and colored engraving on Stainless Steel and Titanium.

The Makino U6 Wire EDM machine features the Hyper i control, which provides the same efficient and user-friendly interface for Wire and RAM EDM machines. The large 24” class HD touch-screen display provides a commanding view for the operator, and utilizes intuitive and familiar touch Pinch/Swipe/Drag operations similar to smartphones and tablets. Straightforward machine operation is accomplished on the Hyper i control with a 3-Step process of Program/Setup/Run flow, and there are many helpful intelligent tools and functions for the operator that provide greater convenience and flexibility, such as the standard full-function advanced Handbox. Digital onboard electronic manuals, instructional training videos, and advanced E-Tech Doctor help functions provide the operator with practical resources at their fingertips to remain highly productive.

Like the smaller U3, the U6 machine provides an ideal mix of speed, accuracy, and surface finish capability with larger travels to tackle the most demanding applications. The U6 machine uses a space-savings design that integrates the di-electrode reservoir into the base machine casting, reducing the footprint while improving thermal stability, and incorporates a stationary work table design that delivers repeatable accuracy regardless of work piece size or weight. Excellent access to the work tank is provided through the pneumatic raise and fall front door, which can also function at a mid-height level, and the operator can access the underside of the work piece or lower machine head even with a large work piece on the table.

aerospace, automotive, medical, job shop and die & mold applications. From
roughing to finishing, the NFX 380A enables manufacturers to reduce setup

precision of complex machining processes.
