CNC Swiss machines have front and rear spindles which allow us to process parts from both ends of a part simultaneously. This feature works together with the seven live milling/drilling spindles giving us the capability to produce parts complete in one operation.  With these CNC Swiss machines we are able to machine parts as small as 0.005 inches in diameter up to 0.75 inches in diameter. Combined with the many years of expertise we can handle your toughest parts.

All of our Mills and Lathes are less than 4 years utilizing state of the art tooling and programming software. We currently use GibbsCam software which allows us to import and program directly from any solid model. This assures precise reproduction of intricate geometries and eliminates any misinterpretation of blueprints. Our portfolio of milling and turned projects includes; components made of stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, brass and a variety of other metals and plastics, to meet the specialized needs of customers in defense, aerospace, automotive, medical, semiconductor, solar and more.

We offer a number of parts and services for the semiconductor market. Our engineering staff is always looking for innovative ideas to help reduce costs, increase part performance and reduce particles. We also offer a number of refurbishment programs for Heatsinks, Fixed Restraints and Moving Clips. We currently offer a number replacement materials for quartz and silicon which include; Silicon Carbide, Torlon, Peek, Vespel and some new high temperature plastics designed to replace Silicon Carbide.

Semiconductor

With our extensive knowledge of machining we are ready to help with your next project. We offer a number of Prototype Solutions which include quick and accurate manufacturing of machined components from your drawings, solid files or design ideas. Newly designed components are usually critical and relied upon for the validation of design ideas and verification of new product parameters. We are committed to providing superior quality, turnkey prototype components and engineering design-review services to meet your needs.

Machined Components

We offer a number of services to our customers which include; Contract Inspection, Engineering Services, Stocking Programs, and Part / Product Consultation. All prototype components are manufactured and engineered with production and machine-ability in mind. So that, upon completion of the prototype phase, a component can then be manufactured in volume production.

We are pleased to offer some new coating services. Our new machine has just come online and we are able to offer DLC (Diamond like Carbon), Silicon, and Silicon Carbide Coatings. With our proprietary process we are able to easily coat up to .005 in a very short amount of time.
